  • Analytics Data: App crashes, performance metrics, error logs
  • Advertising Identifiers: For ad personalization (free tier users)
  • Location Data: Only if you explicitly grant permission for location-based features (currently not used)

1.3 AI Processing

  • Your uploaded photos are processed by Google Gemini AI models to analyze and generate clothing item images
  • This processing occurs on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud
  • AI-generated images are stored as part of your wardrobe data
  • Google Gemini AI is used for image analysis, item extraction, and image generation features

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and Improve the Service: Operate, maintain, and improve Celioz and its features
  • Process Your Content: Analyze your wardrobe photos using Google Gemini AI to extract and organize clothing items
  • Deliver Personalized Services: Provide personalized styling recommendations based on your wardrobe
  • Process Payments: Manage subscriptions and credit purchases through app stores
  • Communicate with You: Send service-related communications, respond to inquiries, provide support
  • Display Advertisements: Show relevant ads to free tier users (we do not sell your personal data)

  • AI Processing: Google Gemini AI (image analysis and generation via Firebase AI Extensions)

  • Advertising: Google AdMob (displaying ads for free tier users)

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. Google Gemini AI processes your images according to Google's privacy policies and data processing agreements.

You control which photos you upload to Celioz. You can delete photos and associated data at any time through the app.

5.11 Account Deactivation

You can deactivate your account at any time. Deactivated accounts are retained for a period before permanent deletion, during which you can reactivate.

6. Children's Privacy

Celioz is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

7. International Data Transfers

As a Belgium-based service, we primarily process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA, including:

  • Google Cloud Infrastructure: May use data centers globally, including in the United States
  • Google Gemini AI: Processed through Google's infrastructure, which may include transfers outside the EEA
